AUDITION USING FIZWOZ!
By registering for this contest I, hereby authorize Kuzzon (the “Producer”) to use any and ALL recordings and video footage in which I upload and take part in during the filming and distribution of their show currently entitled “The Ultimate Teen Star” (the “Show”). I agree to participate and waive ALL rights when uploading video and audio content for the purpose of global entertainment.
For good and valid consideration, I hereby authorize the Producer to use the recordings, my likeness and my uploaded content in which I take part during the marketing, promoting, pre-production and production of the Show. I hereby release and transfer to the Producer all rights regarding the above-mentioned material and any subsequent use of the said material. The Producer can use, in whole or in part, images and/or sound thereof, including text of said content for the promotion and the exploitation of the Show (including the right not to use the material, in whole or in part). The Show’s content can be exploited, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all versions dubbed and subtitled, by all means and media, whether now known or hereafter devised.
This authorization also applies to the integration of the material hereby covered, in whole or in part, to all derivative works from the Show (multimedia, CD-ROM, Internet sites, Mobile, E-Books, IPTV etc.) For any reason independent of the will of the parties, should I be required to interrupt my participation in the Show the material shot and/or recorded at the time of said interruption can be used as described above. This Release binds and benefits the parties to the present, their successors, licensees and assigns.
